Mary Lee Gannon, ACC, CAE is a 19-year CEO, leading organizations worth up to $26 million. She has been president of Forbes Health Foundation, Ohio Valley General Hospital Foundation, Three Rivers Advertising Specialty Association as well as grants and public relations director of Avonworth School District and a reporter for The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Mary Lee is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), International Coach Federation Certified Coach (ACC), alumnus of the UCLA Mindful Awareness Practices Program and the Harvard Medical School and McLean Hospital Coaching in Medicine & Leadership Conference, scholarship recipient to the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership – created at Google and author of two books. She was awarded the Honorary Woman of Courage Award by Pennsylvania Women Work, the Lifetime Achievement Award by Pittsburgh Society of Association Executives and the Women of Integrity Award by Pittsburgh Professional Women.   Mary Lee lives with her husband Arnie von Waldow in O’Hara Township with their dog Bailey and any of their six children, spouses, grandchildren or dogs who come home to visit.

Brigid Pettit is a Virginia native who worked for The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and The Carlyle Group in Washington, D.C. before moving to Pittsburgh to join the St. Margaret Foundation. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech and holds a bachelor's degree in Religion and Culture and a master's degree in Public Humanities.

 

Brigid lives in Shadyside with her partner, Jimmy, and their cats, Cleo and Wally.

Sophie Christensen was born and raised in Michigan, where she graduated with a BA in Social Relations & Policy from Michigan State University's James Madison College. She moved to Pittsburgh in May of 2022. Before working for St. Margaret Foundation, Sophie was an intern with Planned Parenthood Advocates of Michigan and the MSU Center for Gender.

 

Sophie lives in Squirrel Hill with her partner George and her cat Spoons, and loves to explore Pittsburgh through food, thrifting, and hiking.
